These terms govern your use of careerclaritygroup.com and the Wayfind experiences, digital products, and coaching offered by Career Clarity Group LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing anything on it, you agree to them.
What we offer
- Free experiences — guided assessments and tools (such as the Perfect Day Experience and the Fear Audit's free diagnosis) offered at no charge.
- Paid digital products — one-time purchases that unlock premium content or a personalised deliverable (such as the Fear Audit Depth Profile or the Daily Practice). Prices are shown at checkout and charged once, in USD, via Stripe.
- Coaching — live 1:1 sessions with a coach, booked through our scheduling provider: single sessions and the 3-Session Arc package. Coaching times are subject to the coach's availability; rescheduling is handled through the same scheduling link in your confirmation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or coaching on this site. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Purchases and access
Paid digital content unlocks in the browser where you purchased it, and where applicable through a private link emailed to you. There are no user accounts; access is verified against your purchase, so keep your confirmation email and private link. If you lose access to something you paid for, email us and we will restore it.
Coaching sessions, rescheduling, and no-shows
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling with less notice, or not attending a scheduled session, will be treated as a missed session. A missed session under the single-session purchase is forfeited; a missed session under the 3-Session Arc counts against your remaining sessions unless you contact us in advance. We'll always work with you on genuine emergencies — email us and we'll figure it out.
Refunds
If something you bought isn't working, you believe you were charged in error, or you're unhappy with a purchase, email cdanton@careerclaritygroup.com. We review every request personally and will work with you to make it right.

Our assessments, generated content, and coaching are for personal development and career-clarity purposes only. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for any of those. Decisions you make about your career, finances, or wellbeing — including decisions to leave a job — are yours alone. If you are in distress, please seek help from a qualified professional.
AI-generated content
Personalised results (syntheses, profiles, practices, portraits) are generated with AI from your own answers. They are reflections designed to help you think, not statements of fact about you. Read them critically and take what serves you.
How we use your inputs and results
Your personalized results belong to you to keep and use personally. We may use anonymized or aggregated versions of assessment inputs and outputs — with personally identifying details removed — to improve our own prompts, build fallback practice content, and understand how well our tools are working.
To generate your personalized results, your answers are processed by Anthropic, our AI text provider; per Anthropic's own terms, this data is not used to train their models. If you choose to upload a photo, it is processed by fal.ai, our image-generation provider, under fal.ai's own terms and privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempting to bypass payment verification, no scraping or reselling the content, no using the tools to harass or harm anyone, and no interfering with the service's operation. Purchased content is licensed to you for personal use — it may not be republished or resold.
Suspension and termination
If you violate the acceptable use terms above, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid content or coaching without a refund. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you and explain why.
Intellectual property
The site, its experiences, methods, and content are the property of Career Clarity Group LLC. Your personalised results are yours to keep and use personally.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Clarity Group LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
