AI consulting and implementation

Hand off the busywork. Run the business.

I help business owners put AI to work on the parts of the week that eat their time: marketing, invoices and bookkeeping prep, customer replies, reports. Set up properly, connected to the tools you already use, and taught to your team so it keeps working after I leave.

The session is 30 minutes, free, in person in Los Angeles or on Zoom. The free hour is the recorded workshop, with three handouts.

01Who this is for

You run a good business. The admin is relentless.

This is for owners and operators of small and medium businesses: service firms, professional practices, agencies, clinics, trades, local brands. Teams of one to fifty, usually. Larger organizations are welcome too. You don't need a technical background. If you can write a clear email, you can run everything we set up.

  • Posts, invoices, customer replies and reports, every week, by hand.
  • Information in ten places, and you are the only search engine.
  • You tried a chatbot. Nothing about the week actually changed.
  • Everything still runs through you.

What changes

One set of systems, built around how your business already runs, that you and your team operate. The gap was never the tool. It is setup, connection and training.

Not for developers, or anyone wanting a tour of a hundred AI tools. We use one, properly.

02What AI could take off your plate

You at the center. Six roles around you.

Think of it as a small team that handles the work owners most want off their plate, and brings every decision back to you. The six roles follow what small business owners say they use AI for and most want to automate. Each one is built around your business, your tools and your approval.

03Selected work

Built for my own practice first. Now built for yours.

These are systems I built and run in my own business, Career Clarity Group. The previews show how they behave, and they are the kind of system I set up for clients.

Connected back office

Your business, at a glance

Bookings, payments, marketing and follow-up feed one view every morning, with the few things that need you at the top.

Numbers shown are illustrative.

AI workflow

From client call to clear next steps

A recorded call becomes a summary, an action list and a follow-up draft. You read it and hit send.

Automated marketing

Marketing that drafts itself and posts with your say-so

An agent that learns your brand, drafts posts, newsletters and campaigns on a schedule, and publishes nothing until you approve it.

The sample post is real: made with AI for my own practice.

Security monitor

A second set of eyes, every 30 minutes

Checks the website, logins, backups and connected accounts on a schedule, and messages you only when something needs a person.

Assistants and agents

An assistant that knows your business

Answers the questions you answer every day, in your voice, and hands anything sensitive to you.

Workshops and training

Built Without Code

A live session on AI agents, Claude, connectors, models and practical uses, for people without a coding background. Run for groups and tailored to a team.

Also built along the way: a mobile site, a client app, chatbots and a weekly leadership brief. Happy to show any of them on a call.

04What people say

In their words.

Business owners I have helped put AI to work, on what it was like.

Chris took the busywork that was eating my week and turned it into systems I actually understand and trust. Plain English the whole way, and he never oversells.
SarahOwner, production company
I came in curious and a little skeptical. Chris made AI feel calm and doable, built around how my practice really works. I left knowing exactly what to do next.
ErinOwner, wellness practice
In one sitting, Chris showed us exactly where AI earns its keep in a publishing business, and where it doesn't. Practical, patient and completely jargon-free.

05Ways to work together

Start small. Hand off one thing. Then the next.

Free, 30 minutes

Hand-Off Session

We look at your week together and pick the two tasks most worth handing off. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.

Short engagement

Opportunity Review

A few working sessions to understand how the business runs, where the repetitive work is and what is worth automating first. You get a prioritized plan written in plain English.

Implementation

Build and Hand-Over

I set up the assistants, agents, connectors and workflows, connect them to the tools you already use, test them with real examples from your business, document everything and train your team to run it.

Monthly

Ongoing Guidance

A standing arrangement for new workflows, questions, improvements and keeping up as the tools change. For owners who want a steady hand without hiring one.

Workshops for teams are run under the name Built Without Code, a live session like the webinar, tailored to your business.

06How it works

From one conversation to a system your team runs

  1. Identify

The Hand-Off Session. We look at how your week actually runs and pick the first thing worth handing off.

  2. Design

We agree what "done" looks like, what the system is allowed to do on its own and what waits for your approval. We decide which of your existing tools it needs to connect to.

  3. Build

I set it up, connect it and test it with real examples from your business until it behaves the way you would.

  4. Train

I teach you and your team how to use it, change it and tell when something looks off. You get a short written guide in plain English.

  5. Hand over

You own it. I stay available for questions and the next workflow.

07Meet Chris

Chris DantonMBA

The right person to lead AI in your business is the one who knows the whole business. That's you. I help you do it.

15 years in management consulting Founder, Career Clarity Group Built his own back office with AI Los Angeles

I spent 15 years in management consulting, streamlining back office work for other people's businesses. Then I founded Career Clarity Group, a career coaching practice in Los Angeles, and built its systems myself with AI, without writing code: the website, the client tools, the follow-ups, the back office. I now help other business owners do the same.

I lead live workshops on AI agents, Claude, connectors, models and practical uses for people without a coding background. Plain English, one tool used properly, and nothing you can't run yourself afterward.

My work with clients covers finding the useful opportunities in an existing business, setting up assistants, agents, connectors and repeatable workflows, connecting existing tools and information, and teaching owners and teams to use these systems with confidence.

08Questions

Straight answers

Do I need technical staff for this?

No. Everything we set up is designed to be run by you and your team. When a technical detail affects cost, risk or something you have to do, I say it in one plain sentence.

What tools do you use?

Mostly Claude, plus the tools you already run your business on: email, calendar, documents, spreadsheets, your booking and payment systems. A "connector" is simply a permission that lets the assistant read from or write to one of those tools. An "agent" is an assistant that can carry out a multi-step task, not just answer a question.

What about our information and privacy?

We decide together what the system can see, what it can do on its own and what needs your approval. Nothing goes out to a client or a customer without a person signing off unless you explicitly choose otherwise.

How long does it take?

We start with one workflow, and we agree the scope and timeline before any work begins. Small first, then expand once it has earned its place.

What does it cost?

The Hand-Off Session is free. Everything after it is scoped and quoted once we have looked at your business, so you know the number before you commit.

Will this replace people on my team?

The goal is to take repetitive work off people, not to take people off the payroll. Most owners want the time back for the work that needs a human.

Bring your week. Leave with two things to hand off.

Two ways in. Book a free 30-minute Hand-Off Session, in person in Los Angeles or on Zoom, and we pick the two tasks most worth handing off. Or start with the free hour: the recorded workshop and three handouts, no sign-up.

The handouts: eight prompts, a checklist of ten jobs to hand off, and a setup page. , or email .
